I wanted Cacio e Pepe....really bad. This place had it and, according to reviews, they had the best in the area. I'm not going out on a limb when I say that the reviews were correct. It was amazing. The pasta was firm and delicious. The sauce was light and creamy with just the right amount of pepper. It was my favorite pasta dish in all of Rome!
We had a nice bottle of Rose. And the prices were good, two meals and a bottle of wine were only 60 euros.
The dining room is super charming--very pretty. The location is close to the Pantheon, but on a more quiet street. The service was fantastic. I wish we'd been in Rome longer. I would have liked to try some other dishes on the menu. -

I found the prices to be high for the flavors. I had some of the worst ossa bucca of my life.
The chocolate mousse had crystallized sugar within it and tasted like I was eating a lump of gritty chocolate frosting...not creamy at all.
Buy a bottle as their house wine is a cheap merlot. -

The twisted pasta with tomatoes, tuna and olive had a chewy texture, bit very good flavors. Seems like canned tuna, black olives and tomato sauce.
My husband had lemon gnocchi, softer texture, also pretty flavorful. The lentil soup was a mixture of different beans and barley, wasn't blended.
We went back since yelp said they open for lunch until 3pm, but it wasn't the case, so be aware of their hours. -

The best food I've had in Rome. Possibly the best pasta I've had in my life. I would definitely come again. Service, atmosphere, food, etc was all great.

I always thought it was impossible to get a bad meal in Italy. This restaurant proved otherwise. The specialty is thinly sliced beef in combination with other things. We got the thinly sliced beef with artichokes and olives. Not so good. It is the specialty of the restaurant, but should be avoided. The beef is cooked to death. The combination with artichokes and olives is a bad idea. The vegetable soup was very good and the service was quite attentive. The spaghetti with tomato sauce was unremarkable. We enjoyed the house red wine.
